These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our aerial drone solutions for real estate, construction, mapping, and commercial projects.

ScottsdaleDroneServices provides professional aerial drone solutions, including but not limited to:

• Drone photography and videography for real estate marketing.
• Aerial mapping and surveying for construction and land development.
• Commercial drone inspection services for infrastructure and assets.
• Aerial imaging and data collection for various professional applications.

All services are conducted in strict compliance with applicable local, state, and federal aviation regulations. We do not engage in or provide services for surveillance, spying, illegal drone use, hacking, or secret monitoring.

3.1 Client Cooperation

You agree to provide accurate project information, necessary site access permissions, and ensure the flight area is safe and legally permissible for drone operations.

3.2 Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining any required permits or authorizations for the property where services are to be performed, unless expressly agreed otherwise in a written contract.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services or deliverables for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms, including infringing on third-party rights.

Fees for services are as quoted in your project proposal or invoice. Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified.

• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet rendered. Once aerial data collection has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable.
• All prices are subject to change, but you will be notified of any changes affecting your active project.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the raw aerial footage, data, and processing methodologies.

Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables (e.g., edited photos, maps, reports) for the specific project and purposes outlined in your agreement. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw data without our written consent.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScottsdaleDroneServices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6.1 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including weather, airspace restrictions, or equipment failure.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
